How often should I run my system?

In Summer your pools filtration system should run for approximately 8 hours per day, but this can vary depending on weather and usage. Ask our experts if you need further advice.

How often should my filter cartridge be cleaned?

It is best to hose your cartridge filter out every 4 weeks in Summer and give it a more thorough clean twice per year.

How often should I backwash my sand filter?

Depending on age, use and environment, a sand filter should be backwashed at least quarterly. Note: Ensure that your water level is high enough prior to starting the backwash.
